Deyimler, dilin ruhunu yansıtır. Filmlerde, dizilerde, şarkılarda ve günlük konuşmalarda sık sık karşımıza çıkarlar. Eğer daha doğal, akıcı ve “native” gibi konuşmak istiyorsan, bu 20 deyim senin için harika bir başlangıç olacak. 🌟
1. Break the ice – Havayı yumuşatmak, ortamı ısıtmak
👉 He told a joke to break the ice. (Havayı yumuşatmak için bir şaka yaptı.)
2. A piece of cake – Çok kolay bir şey
👉 This test is a piece of cake! (Bu test çocuk oyuncağı!)
3. Hit the books – Sıkı çalışmak, derslere gömülmek
👉 I need to hit the books for the exam. (Sınav için sıkı çalışmam gerekiyor.)
4. Spill the beans – Sırrı ifşa etmek
👉 Who spilled the beans? (Kim sırrı ağzından kaçırdı?)
5. Under the weather – Kendini kötü hissetmek
